A natural product, made purely from malts, yeast, hops and water the beer has no added sugar, preservatives or chemicals.

With hops from Tasmania and New Zealand, malts sourced from Ballarat, Australian grown German yeast and water, this is a proudly Australian made product incorporating nature's finest ingredients.

No preservatives

Your liver needs to process all the alcohol you consume but when you add preservatives to the mix your liver needs to work even harder - meaning preservatives contribute to that sluggish hangover.

No added sugar

For the health conscious, you won't have to worry about having a Byron Bay Premium Ale; it is a Byron Bay Beer that has no added sugar.

No chemicals

Well this one just makes sense; How can our beer be as crisp and clean as ocean air if we put chemicals in it?

PLUS antioxidants!

Antioxidants fight free radicals so why shouldn't you get them from your beer? Just as rust destroys your car, free radicals can damage cell membranes in your body and an overload of free radicals can cause a number of degenerative diseases.
Free radicals come from many different sources such as pollution, smoking, poor diet, and are also created when we process food, exercise, create energy and fight bacteria and viruses. By including crystal malt in our brewing process, we have included an antioxidant to help neutralise these free radicals and support your general wellbeing.

TASTING NOTES:

Byron Bay Premium Ale has a percentage of crystal malt included in the brew, which is high in antioxidants, well known for their health benefits. A premium golden beer with nice white head structure and fine beads of carbonation, typical of a naturally carbonated product. The initial malt sweetness is balanced with the refreshing finish.

Following your tour, settle in to a tasting session where you can taste each of our in-house brewed varieties as fresh as beer can possibly be - straight from the brewery to your glass!

Tour is approx 30 minutes in length and includes one middy of beer on conclusion. 

Tour Cost

- Public Tours: $10 each for adults, FREE entry for children (no tasting included for under 18's)
- Group Tours of 10 or more: $5 per person OR receive no tour charge upon purchase of a meal (excludes snacks)
